Cancellation Policy
- You cannot cancel an order after the cutoff time: 12:00 pm on the day of delivery/pickup.
- You may request a cancellation or refund before 12:00 pm. In that case, the amount will be added as credit to your Krumbkraft account.
Refund & Replacement Details
A refund back to your original payment method (instead of credit) will be considered case-by-case, and the process may take up to 15 days.
If we have to cancel your order because a product is unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you and refund any payment you have made.
If we deliver a wrong item, you can reject it at the time of delivery. We will refund the amount for the missing/wrong item within 7 days or replace the same if possible.
If an item is damaged or you are unhappy with the product with valid reason, we will either replace it completely or refund you within 7 days, as you prefer.
