Our freshly baked, all-natural 100% sourdough with that extra boost of minerals like calcium, and iron. With added Ragi (flour) grown in the picturesque Toons valley of the Himalayan region, this textured bread is rich, dark in color with a nuanced earthy taste – complemented with the flavor of Black Sesame. Its crispy crust, soft and chewy core, with little Sesame bites make it perfect for toasts and sandwiches. Made without any preservatives or additives, it is the closest you can get to the essence of mountain grains.
