    Texture: Soft, crumbly, creamy slightly crumbly on the palate
    Flavor/ Aroma: nutty, creamy, hints of butter, slightly lactic

    USE AND PAIRING: 

    Recommended pairing –  With our Cranberry & Walnut Sourdough Bread, Seedfest Sourdough Bread, Whole Wheat and Mixed Herb Crackers or with fruits preserves, crisp apple or pear slices, olives, mustards, salami, cornichons, pickled eggs with dill

    Cooking – Best used in Au Gratins or in a Bechamel Sauce 

    Beverage pairing: Aged Cheddar cheese has a pronounced flavor, nutty and savoury. Serve it with a bitter and fruity beer. Strong pale ales and brown ales are a perfect match with this cheese. Cider, Chardonnay, Chenin blanc are other popular pairings.
