The Cheddar is made with A2 cows milk in the traditional British Style. It is cloth-bound and aged for 15 weeks before the blocks are cut and packed.

Cooking – Best used in Au Gratins or in a Bechamel Sauce
Beverage pairing: Aged Cheddar cheese has a pronounced flavor, nutty and savoury. Serve it with a bitter and fruity beer. Strong pale ales and brown ales are a perfect match with this cheese. Cider, Chardonnay, Chenin blanc are other popular pairings.
