Cooking – Cheddar’s have a beautiful melt and can be integrated as a sauce or layered on a baked dish. With the cumin & the thyme, they add an extra layer of flavor.
Beverage pairing: The herbaceous flavor from the thyme makes this cheese a good accompaniment with toasted nuts enjoyed with mild sour beers or crisp white wines.
